Manufacturing Process

Raw material procurement

All our raw material is sourced internationally from top quality providers. Special attention is paid to storage of sensitive material and is done according to appropriate ISO standards.

Design & Prototyping

When an idea for a new device is developed, it often goes to a design engineer within the company who deals with the overall structure of the device. He or she will often use a rapid prototype to fabricate a mockup of the device to get a better idea of its physical properties before it’s approved and sent to the manufacturer.

Mechanical Testing

We are performing mechanical testing on our products to evaluate their mechanical properties. We established in house mechanical testing lab named “vishal-lab” Which covers all types of mechanical testing procedures (Static, Fatigue, hardness testing and wear testing).

Computer-Aided Manufacturing & Production

We employ CAD/CAM/CAE programs to provide the most effective solutions to our clients. The best value along with functionality, soundness and physical life of parts manufactured in our workshop with CNC and manual machines are assured by precision machining, surface treatments and assemblage operations.

Inspection, Finishing, Cleaning, Marking

Though milling is done with industrial robots, most of the remaining tasks are done by the hands of skilled machinists and technicians. Around this time, the parts will also be laser-etched with information, such as the part’s ID number and manufacturing date.

A sampling of the finished parts then goes to the quality lab, where technicians use automated instruments, as well as their eyes and hands.

Finally, all the parts are then cleaned ultrasonically using water, and then passivated using nitrate or citrate to prevent corrosion.

Packaging

Our facilities are equipped to carry out every stage of sterile and non-sterile packaging operations with maximum speed and minimum error. Every single product is sealed in pouches and labeled according to standards.

Now that the parts are finished, packaged, and sterilized, they’re ready to be shipped out and used in operating rooms everywhere.
